SkyJumper Kids – Terms & Conditions

By accessing the SkyJumper Kids Website, booking experiences, or visiting any SkyJumper Kids centre, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all parents, guardians, visitors, and guests.

• SkyJumper Kids is designed for children aged 3–13 years.
• All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervision and behaviour, even in supervised zones.

• Reservations must be made via the Website, phone, or authorised booking partners.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Confirmation emails or messages must be presented upon arrival.

• Prices are as listed on the Website unless otherwise stated.
• Advance payments or deposits may be required for parties or special events.
• Payment must be completed prior to services being rendered, unless agreed in writing.

Cancellations must follow the policy displayed at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to the terms in the booking confirmation.

SkyJumper Kids reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, maintenance, or safety concerns.

• All safety rules and staff instructions must be followed.
• Required safety gear (such as grip socks) must be worn in designated areas.
• Rough behaviour, misuse of equipment, or unsafe conduct is prohibited.
• SkyJumper Kids may refuse service to maintain a safe environment.

Participation in physical activities carries inherent risks. Parents/guardians acknowledge these risks and agree that SkyJumper Kids is not liable for injuries resulting from participation.

• Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
• SkyJumper Kids is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
• Lockers, if available, may be used at the guest’s discretion.

All Website content, including logos, graphics, text, images, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to SkyJumper Kids and protected by intellectual property laws.
